Services Provided

Luxury Transportation Concierge Service, llc provides luxury ground transportation, chauffeur services, and related concierge offerings. All services are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices and offerings may change without notice.

Reservations & Payments

• Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or via email.
• A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
• Rates are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.
• Additional charges may apply for wait times, special requests, tolls, fuel surcharges, or other fees as disclosed at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
• Late cancellations or “no-shows” may result in full charges.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Passenger Conduct

For the safety and comfort of all parties:

• Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted only where legally allowed and for passengers over 21.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for inappropriate or unsafe conduct, including behavior that endangers the driver, vehicle, or other passengers.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Traffic delays, weather, mechanical breakdowns, or road conditions.
• Personal property left in vehicles.
• Carrier liability disclaimer: Mobile carriers and the Company are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages.

SMS/Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to Receive SMS Notifications, Alerts & Communication, you agree to receive SMS messages regarding reservations, confirmations, service updates, or related communications.

• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
• Help: Reply HELP or contact us at (629) 265-5100.
• Message/Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Message frequency will vary depending on reservations and communications.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, are owned by or licensed to Luxury Transportation Concierge Service, llc. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Nashville, Tennessee.
